help with posting

could anybody assist me in posting a long text i wrote a reasonable lenght write up on our rockingham track day only to have my dial up connection disconnected ,which in turn meant i had to log back on and my 2 hours work (yes my english is crap and i cant type :lol: ) dissapeared into cyber space :( do i require broad band :?:
