And Ive got a 255LPH Walbro and hotwiring kit waiting at the Post Office for collection tommorow and what I want to know is what else do I need to change in my fuel system for to help it further, will I need an uprated FPR or should the stock FPR handle the fueling?Im only running 12PSI (7 PSI is stock by the way)

Adam,
I know of the fuel rail link issue on this car and this new pipe will sort that out. The pump and wiring will help you with flow etc and your old pump may be a bit tired anyway. I would have thought that at 12psi the stadard pressure would be ok, but a little more on the back of the injectors should give a slightly better spray pattern.
I will let a Gto/mapping expert confirm this. I can supply a FSE regulator if you decide to go for this mod.

i presume youv'e done the fuel filter ??, the next best step is bigger injectors and some form of fuel control , but you shouldnt really need to do any more upgrades unless you've upgraded the turbo's really mate 8)

yep ive done the infamous filter...

I wasnt getting any knock at 12psi with the stock system anyway,im just upgrading the system in prep for bigger turbo's next year.

So the stock FPR should be ok till I go for bigger turbo's then?
