It feels like these are sticking when I am driving very slowly - ie 5-10mph and clunking/knocking as a result.
There is no noticeable noise when driving or handling defects.
Is this likely?
If it is, is it easy to remedy by taking the ARB off and re-fitting/greasing?
If not the ARB bushes, what else could it be? ... top mounts?
rear anti roll bar bushes sticking?
could be top mounts or shox as both are known issue's (on a std car)......................
be worth re-greasing the roll bar as you mention as its possible or could it have worked loose??

it sounds and feels like it is coming from the bottom not the top mounts.stockcar wrote:could be top mounts or shox as both are known issue's (on a std car)......................

Will jack it up tomorrow and see if I can check the drop links - maybe give them a spray with wd40 to see if that frees them
Ian - checked the drop links and they look fine. I will give them a thorough check shortly.
Alyn, when greasing what is the best way to do this?
ie. wheels on ground (or ramp pref) and undo ARB bolts so that lower end bushes in accessible.... I presume put grease around the bush and the bar that goes through the bush??
