I thought it was about time I upgraded to a proper saloon car design helmet from my 1980's Everoak

The helmet looks like:

I have to say I was astounded when I got it out of the box on wednesday morning as to the non-existent weight of it :o - it virtually floated out being carbon composite.

Fit wise I went for a medium and it fitted my 58 cm head perfectly apart from the cheek bolsters that made my look like "chubby go faster" - must lose some weight :D but overall a very easy helmet to wear and live with.

A good point for me is the integral sun visor across the top of the opening so that a simple tilt of the head will block out early evening sun coming up to the Karussel which almost blinded me last year at the ring.

Nomex Interior too is also a very nice feature and something that I wanted.... I have to do all I can to preserve my boyish good looks

Marks out of Ten I would give it 9/10 :D

Thanks to Lloyd @ JRD Services for sourcing one of these for me to replace my aging kevlar shelled Everoak ... cheers :thumb:

Dunk handed me the helmet - there is no weight to it - it's amazing how something can be so light but obviously strong
