does carbon fibre age?

Post by jungle-jim »

with the amount of cars being built with it, will the strength of the carbon fibre deteriate ( sp? )

in 10 years time will there be visual evidence of weakness?

lets face it, it aint gonna rust.

how detremental would an light impact be to the whole structure?

Lol - but is the problem not the carbon - but how it's joined together - won't the bonding breakdown with age?.
