Does anyone have any experience with these? They hold you in the seat while allowing the top half of your body to move in the event of a roll over.

Perfect in theory... what about in practice?

I have heard great reports about them but havent tried them myself.

Seems like a good idea for spirited road driving. Wouldn't want to swap it for a helmet and a harness for track stuff though

they dont like doing group buys tbh.

it is cheaper to buy them from the states though from what I have seen.

I did look at these but decided that harnesses were the right way to go for me. Mine can clip in and out when needed or unclip and put under the seat

I have the CG-Locks in my car. They do offer a lot of support on track. You really notice the difference when you get in a car with a standard seat belt. Clearly not as good as a harness, but a good compromise.
My only complaint, is if you keep them in all the time to use every day, the slide falls off when loose and then gets trapped in the runners of the seat.
However it only takes 2 mins to fit, so a simple fit and remove for track driving...

Looked like it worked well in the comparison part of the video.....and the M3 driver makes a good case for it !!

Might look at getting one myself in the future.
