How are the Rover V8s for oil surge Gerry? Brother is looking to do Brands Hatch trackday this autumn, probably TVR club event.

You're asking the wrong person as I know sweet FA about rv8s.
What I do know is that after a glorious day of hooning around NW on an activity day, I came away with an almighty knock from the rear end and OPA (oil pressure alarm) displayed on the digi-dash. This one was described as having a baffled sump.

Make of that, what you will :)

A BMW. Thrash them all day long on the track and they just smile thoughout - sorry I couldn't resist :)
