Try and stay positive - I know it can be hard at times but it's not meant to be easy!! You should have a chat with Max1 and see how much cash and time he has sunk into his car and not always with good results. Mine has been off the road more than on in the past twelve months and I know how you are feeling but stick with it - it will be worth it in the end :)

Not good to hear mate, were the conditions ok on the day - weather??
One positive is - you have earnt yourself a Drag Tag though :wink:

Also - where your car may not be so much quicker in the 1/4mile it may be much quicker in other areas...

Cheers Fil, I can see what you're saying, I had a crap year last year and was hoping for a really good one this year, but theres just not enough power to get what I want out of it, kind of got me down a bit after everything I've been through. Have been driving it today and made friends again :) Gone through a lot already, be a shame to give up on it now.

Engine is the best I could get, going to look at options to see if how much it would cost to get more out of it. Sorry to hear you're having problems with yours, hope you get them sorted soon. Looking forward to seeing it on the RR day, it really is an awesom motor! 8)

Weather was ok, but there was oil on the line, they kept putting white powder stuff on it but did have some traction problems.

As for drag tag, I had one and now I've been to Santa Pod again its disappeared! :o

And yes, its definatley much quicker anywhere else other than Santa Pod! :lol:
