I couldn't get this to work on my WM5 PDA, because there wasn't a suitable JVM on the machine and I couldnt find a good free one. The IBM J9 is the best, but costs money :(

my PDA has java midlet capability, but not a full blown JVM which this virtualcup software requires. if you have a copy of the JVM you installed on your PDA, is there any chance you could send me a link to it?

ta :)

This is very interesting
I mentioned this to some users on a ford forum I use (passionford) and a few people have gone out and got it
In preparation for the 'ring trip at easter
and I'm currently looking to buy a pda/phone that will run it

I will report back how we get on

thanks

Hi Dynamix
we tried it at the ring easter I was impressed
my brother (aka foreigneRS) had his working, he got an 8:57 which is on the virtualcup site.
I got a 9:20 on his virtualcup

can't get mine working though, just posting in case you or someone on here can help
mine is dell axim x51v running WM5.0
but 3 of us have all tried to get it working but it won't communicate with the gps which we know is good
posted on virtualcup about it and this is the reply
