Im aiming for begining of summer, which will then bring me to the question, how to run it in? now im debating what to do, as you have the usual take it easy for x amount of miles change oil and filter etc. I remember seeing a few people on the MLR, sayin that the best way is to go for it straight away as the rings wont bed in properly? opinions please :D

i think its one of those questions that everybody swears that there way is the best. i would do the usual way, drive not like a old lady but not flat out giving it big beans for 300-500 miles, oil change check everything is ok and away you go.

i heard some people running in a engine on a trackday and doing oil changes in the pits
