It was part and parcel of the deal when they supplied and fitted the uppipe. They recommend that all headers, uppipe, downpipe are wrapped and the rest of the exhaust is optional.
I know if i bought a downpipe and headers for mine i would have them wrapped by Zen if i wasn't confident i could do a good job. They do them all the time and having seen what they do i think it's money well spent.
I don't know how much they will charge for just wrapping your headers though. I would say if they were going to wrap them for you i would get them to fit the headers as well while you are there and it's job done!!
problem with heat wrap in impreza headers

am thinking of getting zen to fit the wrap for me before my mapping, use the Xtreme as in the pics (same as what zen use and supply) or i have just won some DEI stuff on ebay.
what would you use? zen said the xtreme stuff as they have had not probs with there stock, so do you think it could of been my wrapping/method of putting it on etc?

I've never wrapped headers or any exhaust before before so i think the next time i get some more exhaust for the car i will get Zen to do the fitting and wrapping so i can watch again. They put it on like putting plaster cast on a broken arm. I don't know if you fitted your wrap like that, only you can tell if it was the way you put it on. Get Zen to do your headers, watch what they do and copy that the next time.
I would use whatever Zen use.

Zen soaked this stuff in a bucket and it went on soaking wet. Then it was squeezed around the pipe to get the excess water out of it. Made the water go clay brown coloured.
Good luck to you with the re-map. Hopefully Zen might have got their Rolling Road sorted by then and you can see for sure if it's making 380bhp. Then we can all see the Dyno sheet and make ooohh aaahhh noises
