Thanks to everyone who helped with this. Makes a nice change to have proper answers not just "use the search" button on other forums!

Not at all noisy like I thought it would be, but car is definately smoother when driven. Fitted it just before my first rolling road session.

Power 347.6BHP/269.5FT,LB TORQUE
