Out of interest, (plus other race series say the same thing about engine and car). How would we stand with our car. The engine is a cossie lump out of a sierra (saphire), our car was an sierra (xr4x4).

I think as its a ford engine you'd be in Modified production or roadgoing if you have back seats etc.

If not then you'd be in Sports Libre ( the class for anything that doesn't fit a normal class)

You, strictly speaking, should go in modified I think. My BMW was a 318i shell and fitted with an M3 3 litre and I was in modified for reasons including the engine swap.

good thing is you can double drive so you and bart can both drive
or just use the pug
no messing about with trailers and go in standard road going sub 2.0l
Small one's are more juicy

maxsport rb5 are list 1b, mixed reviews on tinterweb but there are cheap in comparison to 888's etc.. and do different compounds
