This is what i have just found out over here, both the twin plate OSG and HKS are around the same price range but,,, Hks costs half the price when it comes to re-con price, the two clutch are very similar, i would go HKS. But if your thinking single then i recomend ACT 2600 with ACT flywheel
My bad silly me ACT dont make em for skylines
Also thinking more about the difference between my exedy organic single and my pre failure OS Giken - I remember under launch with the twin the back of the car would hunker down and off you went big time. brrrp clutch on / off /on brrrrr on / off / on - with the single you can feel it just doesn't have the take up.

Thanks a lot for the info Ben.
Unfortunately nengun dont sell the HKS clutches but the rest are on special offer at the moment, there are so many its hard to choose!
Ben have you seen the nismo clutch slave cylinder it will make your clutch pedal a lot lighter?
I am definitely going for a twin plate.
I seem to have talked my own clutch's demise up! After months of abuse, 4 trips to Santa Pod, 3 trackdays, a drift practice day, a trip to the Ring and 5,000 road miles...........she is dying Pronounced slipping in high boost situations now so I am also on the hunt for a good twin (clutch Bladey )
if you want something to hold 600bhp all day long ian you'll be needing a triple plate really, i've been through all that boring research with the the guys on supra forum before and yep it's boring and long winded but even if a clutch is rate for something don't just believe it you have to go with tried and tested, i hear great thinks about the hks unit but it's fairly expensive but any think that will hold that power is really.
In my opinion a triple you'll be paying close to
Ian - It was suggested to me before to fit an uprated cylinder - but to be honest I quite like seeing the look on peoples faces when they try to depress my clutch pedal - makes me feel like a man .... .
It was heavy - but a reassuring heavy. I can't wait to have it refitted.

The trouble with the triples is Alex is that they are a bitch to drive on the road and i will probably end up rear ending into someone at a set of traffic lights!! :?
I have been reading up a bit today and i really do like the look of the HKS GD Max Twin plate.
Can hold good power as well as having good useability.
