What type of files actually need to be supplied to the graphics manufacturer in order for them to start printing off?

Depends on the scale you need. I've used everything from jpegs, PDF, raw files......I guess it also depends on the accuracy of duplication required. If the artwork is extremely detailed, you will need to provide a higher resolution of image and this may justify a file type with more content.

There'll be nothing too intricate or detailed required just some company names and a simple bit of design work

Any ideas on costs for this sort of thing?

I reckon I could fit them myself, I assume it's just a case of getting dimensions and the jpeg files etc

I was discussing this with another company (sjsdesign) a while back, we were looking at getting two drift cars done by them, but I can't see us running two cars at the moment as there's just not enough time in the day to run a business, build and run two cars.

A simple bit of sponsorship detail is all that's required at the moment I think
