have you measured the tyre temps when your running...
The recomendations are just a guide...
To find the right pressures you really need to know the temps.
Should see a max of around 15 dgrees across the tyre.
You may need to reduce the pressure further, icrease camber, etc.
Take regular exercise, walk to you car!
