FIXED - R32 Drivers - Hicas warning / no power steering?.

Could be the PS pump on it's way out and is only pumping enough when you are at speed/higher revs Just a thought. :)

You really don't have a lot of luck do you Ben. You just get it sorted and then something else happens.

Hope you get it sorted quickly and inexpensively.
I may be getting older but I REFUSE to grow up :D

I would say it could be the power steering pump which has gone.

Thank you to Mr Hayward car is fixed ... and what was the cause I hear you say .... two bloody 10 amp fuses ... honestly I checked !!

Interestingly initially the dataport didn't work - so maybe one was for that and the other the power steering - after digesting the power steering section of the service manual it would seem in the event of sensor / relay / ecu failure the steering goes into a limp mode and stays at the 70KM level.
