My gearbox has been ill as it crunches in 3rd/4th/5th when getting up on the revs. Synchromesh issue i think but when i dropped the oil i had some metallic bits stuck to the sump plug to so it may be more serious than that. I was reccommemded to use Redline Heavy Shockproof oil, bought it via TSL nr Nottingham as they have done some work for me and it was the cheapest place to buy it from. They posted it off and it's in. Job Done :thumb: No more crunching and a much smoother change.

Highly reccomended!!
Buggers cancelled my op just a couple of days before it was due. Inconsiderate barstewards!! :rant:
