Repair of Flat Spotted alloy wheel

I am sure that this has been asked and answered before but I cant locate the thread so I will ask the question again.

Is there anyone in the king`s Lynn-Norwich area who can repair/remove a flat spot on an alloy wheel (not mine a neighbours Hartge BMW)

Yes, i think the place off Barker Street in Norwich can do that. I will try to get a number tomorrow.
