balancing boost pressures
Its a bit of a funny set up aparrently with these!! Apareently the main source of boost control is built in restrictions in the exhaust and intake. Just a change in exhaust can alledgedly raise boost pressure to the point of hitting the fuel cut. On my car the boost pressure raised from 9psi up to 11.5psi with just a decat pipe and panel filter, but now my exhaust is freed up a bit i'm just wondering if both turbos are boosting the same. I know the rear turbos always seem to fail first as the pipe to the actuator can split un-noticed causing an overboost.
