just a quickie, I've just sold those Escort wheels on eBay, and the buyer, who is very happy with them, has clicked the negative feedback by mistake (honest!)
Can he retract this and restore my 100%?

I know that you weren't able to do it previously (as the buyer/seller), though not sure if it has changed since '07.
I had a similar experienec with a guy who I'd bought a DVD off years ago, I paid, he acknowledged and then mistakingly gave me negative feedback, confusing me for someone else who hadn't paid.
I had to get in touch with ebay, explain the situation and ask the 'buyer' to also confirm the mistake; which thankfully he did.
All worked out in the end
good luck

You can get eBay to solve this through their resolution centre. Just send them an email through the contacts bit.
