Steering Vibration

Drive BMW E46.

The steering starts to vibrate at 50+

So far I done Wheel balancing, Wheel Alignment at Elite, and they check the spigot rings it all fine.
Rim are brand new so are the tyres.
What else could it be or miss?

lower front wishbone rear bushes are common fault on bm's
Had to do some the other week on a 330i,.....what a pig of a job :x

Yea that what most people say

I replace the front bushes with powerflex. So i assuming the balljoint is on it way out. but is that the cause of vibraton at 50mph +
