Info about these tyres please

Post by Fast Eddy »

After having great fun in the Metro at Snetterton on Sunday i am looking at getting some track tyres sorted.
I have a spare set of wheels with some Michelin intermediates on.
Anyone know anything about these tyres and whether they will be suitable for track day work.

Any way of finding what sort of compound they are and for what purpose?
I tried them on the road quickly and when cold they seemed quite twicky, but got better with a bit of heat in them.

Thanks Francis,
Quite an old design then, but proven and held in high regard.
I am not sure how old they are, but they still seem quite soft.
I will have to book a track day to try them out i suppose
