I run GSD 3's on my GTR. A very good tyre in dry and wet.
They gave me a 1.68 60ft time at the Pod too and i only run 235's :-D

F1 Asymetric are the flavour of the month. They came out earlier this year.

What about the Hankook RS2's.
I have no personal experience, but reports are very good. I was going to buy some for my M3, but they did not have the rear size in the UK at the time.
They are a medium compound with slightly more tread than an 888 and great value from Camskill.
Worth a look i think.

List 1B tyre, which is ok for Stuart in D-class.

Almost as much grooving as a normal road tyre.

I really liked mine on the road and at Cadwell, unfortunately they were on the car when it was written off in May. Will be getting some more in due course. As stated, great value from Camskil although supply seems a bit intermittent.
