So where on a scooby exhaust is the best place to fit the LC-1 Oxygen sensor.
I read it comes with a bung and plug so i assume you drill a hole into your exhaust, weld the bung on and screw the sensor into that. Reading from the manual you weld the bung somewhere after the turbo (on turbo'd cars) and not before as the sensor cannot deal with the very high pre-turbo exhaust gas pressure but before the cat converter.
On my exhaust there is a bung and plug just after the Turbo in the bell of my downpipe. It looks big enough and the right fit for the sensor to screw into.
Could i use that or is it too close to the Turbo??
