Timing Strut

Does any one know the regs for a timing board, size, height anything that i need to know ???

The Beam Breaker must be mounted vertically, on the front of the car, so that it's leading edge is the furthest forward point. It must be of solid material (ie metal or wood) and matt black. It must be 51mm wide, 254mm high with 200mm ground clearance.
It must be in place when presenting the car for scrutineering.
after a bit of searching i found this does it sound correst some of you sprinting boys should know!

Hi Lee, not trying to be pedantic but it's referred to as a timing strut. :D
Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or hump it, piss on it and walk away!

Looks like they may be changing the regs on the timing struts and making them longer to 270mm.....doh!
