Quaife 1st & 2nd ratio's for the mk2

Now looking at getting a type9 5speed quaife box for the mk2, can anyone recommend a decent fast road ratio set-up?
I'm running just over 200bhp with a c20xe lump. standard rear diff set-up for an rs2000.

What ratio is the standard diff?
2008: VW1 3rd in Class
