Millers Oils, 10:60 as recommended by the guy who tuned my car. Its not what most people use in their Integras but he worked on the Bentley Le-Mans team so i assume he knows his business.

I have been using Silkolene Pro S 10W - 50 for the last couple of years from Opie oils.

I use Redline Heavy Shockproof in the gearbox, wich cured my 5th gear crunching. It's a very thick oil and the first gearchange into 2nd in the morning is a little baulky, but after that it is fine.

using millers 10-60 in engine also have used silkolene as above
gearbox now sporting redline shock proof the heavy one
diffs got millers bm range like melted grease
transfer box just normal dextron 2
have also used slick 50 as recommend by paul hill engine advantages
and prolong oil and gearbox adative found this good for gtr box with crunchy 5-4
spoke to millers rep and he said that putting an adative in any oil would upset the molecule balance and so ruin the oil they spent millions designing
i can see his point but in my car i think any little bit of slippery adative i can get has got to help for ten second passes probably does make sense in road and track cars . but for me i usually change the oil weekly .
whew!!
hope this helps

Indeed additives upset the oils structure and actually end up doing more harm than good. No one has any need to use them and slick 50 is devil spawn and will serioualy fook up your engine if it has hydraulic tappets, piston cooling jets, cam spray bars etc. Stay well away from it.
