Sorry .. Yes. via a lap top. It can monitor 22 channels at 100m/s refresh rate.. also my water injection ecu will log 2 channels on the same time scale.

i run HKS water temp, boost, oil temp.

I used to run a AIT aswell. I run with the lap top 90% of the time

I might find some other use for my lap top here. Sounds like a worth while mod for any serious big power enthusiast who wants to keep a check on what their engines doing.
