Trojansport's Project Achilles

Well guys we have yet to do anything to our new demo car since selling the GTR. I have been thinking about where to start first with it. Suspension will be the top priority as it sits far too high, so a set of springs (probably Tein) will be going on until I decide what coilovers to fit.
This project will be using only parts that we deal with, so if you can buy it from us then you can build this yourself!

We are going to try and steer clear from custom parts and aim towards off the shelf parts.
We would like opinions and thoughts on what we should do. Blank canvas so far.......

Suprised you havent had more posts on here considering the number of EVO owners.
What sort of demo car are you making ? One that will be on the track ? Or a 'paddock' showcar ? ICE demo car etc etc.
Personally I dont think you can go wrong with the Chargespeed Evo kit:
Although I would probably change the rear bumper for something else.
Its gotta be a set of Volk racing wheels....my fave CE28s/TE37s
Not the best to talk about power upgrades so I will leave that to someone else.

Believe it or not, I've not been able to find a good donor picture of a silver VIII to work with. Maybe I'll dig around a bit more unless someone has got one. I took the car out yesterday to take some pictures, so spent 3 hours cleaning it, then it hailstoned!!!

Dagnammit! Oh well.
I'm getting some Ultralite Daiki's in Black fitted on Saturday,
with G-Force fully adjustable coilovers as well. The wheels are just a stop gap until we get the TE37's in black with a red lip, just like the Skyline I Photoshopped a while back.......
The car will be used on the tracks, but will have the looks of a show car, but all being functional (well most of it) with lots of carbon!
I'm not keen on the Chargespeed kit as there are a lot of Evo's with this already, so it doesn't have the eye-catching look we're after really.
We will be doing the T-2 kit from Chargespeed soon once they start making a few, I do like the front of that.......
The APR Performance kit is nice, but other than being widebodied, it looks too standard.
I'm thinking that we will be going for the Varis though.......

Liking the wheels and the Varis look - but loving the chargespeed kit.
I hope Rob doesn't mind - but here's some Pics of the Silver Evo you could try with ....

Wrong angle. I need one more of the angle of the Varis car really. Cheers anyway Ben.

I think I'll give up on the Photoshop of it for now.
We're getting an HKS Super Power Flow (already got the hardpipe kit being an FQ) and an HKS SSQV fitted along with the other parts tomorrow.
It'll be good to hear what the HKS kit is like on the Evo compared to how it was on the GTR. Also it'll be a welcome comeback for the "pssssh". Not had one since the MR2.
