Tidying the car up alittle.

Post by gtst lad »

My old bonnet was cracked and the wings buckled so replaced them with these and kept the old ones as spares.

I've just realised that the front is blue - I thought you had invested in some high tech carbon wings ... :) .. sweet either way.

Did the front end just bolt straight on - or was much reworking required?

What plans do you have for paint work etc?.

all just bolts straight on, you just need two silvia uprights for the head lights and to suss out the wiring for the lights, sidelights and indicators.

Dan as soon as i get a passengers seat fitted you can have a blast at one of the practice days 8)

Paul that would be top drawer.........I can't explain the buzz I get watching you lot chuck it in at monster speeds and power round :notworthy: :notworthy: :smoke: .....I couldn't think of a better place to be a passenger than in an early nineties Nissan going sideways :-D

To be honest I would also join Dan in his sentiments - I really can't say how much I admire your ability to drive like that.

Having seen Paul do his thing at Silverstone I have to say that the car control that he has is awesome and that the car looks mean and purposeful :)

I'm still dropping subtle hints about Paul doing Cadwell with us in October :)

I liked your old vented bonnet but understand that it was 'compromised', shame that. Paul, do you need your stuff collected from Dan @ SRB or have you got it covered?
