Here you go Stu,
Started life like this last year
Then went to this
To this at the moment.
Boost piping is being altered in the next week as the route design is crap. I've designed a full undertray and rear diffuser that I've got to trail fit, made my own twin pass rear exhaust boxes as it was sooooo bloody droney and loud now it's almost quiet as stock. It's a 3" system and you can't buy anything for the job. Making high 400'sbhp. One of the times on Gary's dyno with a bad misfire it made 455bhp. The list of bits on it is fairly long. No internal engine work. It's fully forged from factory.
I need to try and fix my rear bumper as the new boxes melted through

. The exhaust grows by about an 1" when hot.
Boxes themselves
Had all the suspension and bushes done on it so slightly lower but other than that it looks like a standard car from the out side. I have some recaro's inside as my head pokes out the top with standard seats.
Oh and my sat nav bezel I fitted to put my gauges in.
That will do for now. I'm tired of thinking how much it's cost lol

By working on it a lot. I have broken two supercharges already, well technically I broke one and Gary did the other on his dyno lol. Good thing about it is they have supplied the next size up so we can spin it slower to get the same boost. Running 18psi at 9krpm

I've got a nissan 200 diff to go on it but I want to change the LSD what would people recommend? The oem diff is made of glass so can't launch it till the diff, driveshafts and hubs are changed but waiting on it to be sent from america.
Fitted some AEM pencil coils and a AEM twin spark CDI module and finally got it working last week. The misfire was spark blow out. This is what happens if you can't be bothered to put the plug cover back on as I was too excited to go and give it a try. Ran fine up to 7k but wouldn't rev past that.
This is the reason why I'm moving the boost piping and the route is still crap.
It use to be fine before the alloy rad and the large twin kenlowe HD fans. Had to run all new wiring in for them as they are twin speed and pull 18 amps at low speed and 25 amps at high speed each. I have the aem ecu controlling them so first speed comes in at 93c and second speed comes in at 95. Never made it close to 95c. When they turn on the engine revs drop about 3-400rpm and within 20 seconds they have pulled 10c out of the coolant.
Test fitting the fans. Made my own rad shroud so the kenlowe's bolted straight to it.
Video of the car on gary's dyno. Just fitted the latest charger in his car park but had the wrong size pulley on it so only made 425bhp. Oh and its got the old exhaust on it.
