Not doubting the owner for one second but if this is a genuine STi, it should have forged internals and a TD05 as standard

Darren @ Whifbitz changed the front shocks, the front bushes, rear drop links, track rod ends & rear pads before last years MOT at a cost of over

Sulking on the drive

The Impreza is only a 'highly probable' at this point; we need to do a deal but we are 99% agreed and I need to get it from London. Assuming that everything goes ahead, I'll use the Cupra until the niggles with Tom are resolved and then bomb the Cupra out, either as a whole or break it.

Loads Jon but I have been deliberately shy at this stage. I will open the floodgates in my usual style in due course.

I am reserving judgement on the paint until I see it in the flesh. If it's pretty good I will just repaint the exisiting faded bits in red; if it's all pink or heading that way I'll do something different. This needs to get me to and from work so it needs to look reasonably presentable. I am yet to find a decent quality video clip of an STi with a Blitz Nur spec system on it; the owner assures me it is really quite loud! Stealth may be necessary

Blitz nur spec is full on wake the dead spec loud! Doubt it'll pass a noise test on a trackday!
