A couple of tweaks to her already, and they will be the only ones :)

How does it drive?

Very smooth, heightened I guess due to the contrast between this and the Golf. The engine seems to rev forever, the steering is nicely weighted, the gearbox is 'snickety' and it makes a nice noise. I have not driven it hard yet so I can't comment on performance but most owners say that they are slow. I can comment that the gearbox has nicely stacked ratios so keeping a move on is no hardship.

As much as I will and do miss the Golf, I have to face facts and this represents a better daily for someone like me and the job that I do.

The sticker is coming off and I have hoovered since the photos by the way ;)

I do like the look of the IS200 and in that blue it looks spot on :coolgleamA:

If that's the daily drive for the new job what's the track/sprint car going to be?

I think you and your Supra (probably your MR2 for that matter) would disappear off into the distance mate.

Estimates in real world driving put this at 28mpg. Your TDi must be something special to do 78mpg!! Yes you are right Ian, the Sport model had an LSD. This one is open.

Thanks Tony. No idea about a track or sprint car at the moment. None at all.
