well, i was getting a bit fed up with the little crx falling apart on me, so we parted company:(

got a very good price for her so couldnt say no

im now on the look out for a new motor - something a little newer, with less squeeks or rattle, the crx was an old girl and i had enough of clearing up after it didnt make it to the toilet on time:biggrinjester:

im not after anything super quick or expencive to run, so no 200sx's skyline etc...

my brother has a leon cupra r that i found for him, which i love driving - this is top of the list at the moment

The list

Seat Leon Cupra R
Audi S3
Ford Focus ST170

if anyone has any other suggestions please let me know

cheers
rob

I'm glad you sold the old pup Rob. I don't think you ever had much joy with her and life's too short........ I love Logan's idea of an M3

I would add things like Corrado's, or special mk2's like a Rallye but I guess that's too old?

Saw this as you'd been banging on about Seat's

Best of luck with your choice. I'd go NA and rear wheel drive as the purity of the drive means you can enjoy it at moderate speeds rather than warp speed. That's not a bad option at this time of year ;)

E36 328i with some choice mods because the M3 will cost lots to run. I think I've had to pour more into my M3 which did less than 6000 easy road miles in the last year, than the track car!
