Now that the rules have come out for 2009 and the new classes defined, the plan has sparked to life...
The car is booked in for some ... erm ...cosmetic surgery in January to help accommodate one or two of my main objectives. My mind was made up on this after seeing Neil's at the recent 22B dyno day and it just had to happen. There will be some unique touches though

Sorry no pictures, but I will have plenty of pics along the way.
There is an opportunity to change main colour of the car though - anyone got any bright ideas?
ps - in case you were wondering whether you had seen this project before, I deleted that one as it was too early to start releasing details

Sounds promising Dunc - have you got a link to the '09 regs?
What are the main classes now?

Three classes:
Pro
Club Pro
... running together on track
then..
Club Challenge
which is where myself and most other track day warriors will fit in.
The regs have not been published on the TA website yet so I am not sure if they are for general circulation apart from TA teams but I believe that it makes it a lot fairer for the 'normal' car in Club to be able to do well.

How about BigPopwer colours and BigPower plastered all over it. Sounds like a good opportunity for some free nationwide PR!! All the people at each event will get to see it and so will everyone that watches MotorsTV when they televise each round of Time Attack 2009.
How ever it's liveried though i'm sure it will look awesome!!
P.S. Don't forget some nice jet black Dymag carbon fibre or magnesium alloy wheels!! Just a thought
