new bits for the mk2

Post by evildave »

Image

finally sold the drum kit so spent all the proficts on the mk2;

alloy eccentric strut top mounts
in-situ adjustable rose jointed tca's
alloy group4 hubs + new bearings & studs
hubcentric wheel spacers 24mm
2metres of 3mm mudflap material

spent 8 hours fitting it all (apart from the flaps)
just need it seting up before rolling road on sunday.

hopefully the handling will be a lot better!

The 'before and after' with that little lot will be amazing :)

Who is going to do your setting up? I have a good contact near Norwich if that is any help Dave.

I have to say that I am looking forwards to seeing this in a week or so, there is just something about classic Fords.

was going to use autotest in norwich for proper set up, will just have to be tracked by a local garage for now, until i can get it booked in.
