I hope you like something differant
Owned this since 2000, unfortunately doesn't get as much use as I would like!
Started off as a tomcat racer and was formally owned by Malcolm Bell and raced in 1994/5 in dunlop rover series
converted back to road spec back in 2000
Weight wise its 1100kg
Suspension
Koni race coilovers but converted with softer springs etc for road setup
adjustable camber front 3 deg and rear 1.5deg.
front top mount strut brace
rear upper strut brace
rear lower strut brace
fully polybushed throughout
lightweight roof panels
Interior
Full 22 point safety devices cage
Momo race steering wheel
sparco pro 2000 seats
4 point lma harnesses
inovate wide band afm
boost gauge etc
Brakes
full 325mm ap's and 4 pot calipers with goodridge lines and adj brake bias.
mintex race pads
Wheels
17" team dynamics pro race 1.2 with 205/40/17" toyo r888's
Engine etc
Full rebuild by myself back in 2003
std size internals
forged pistons 7.8:1
ported cy/head, manifolds etc
5th inj system mf2
piper cams and adj pulleys
modified exhaust manifold
custom exhaust system
s/steel one piece 2 1/2"downpipe
custom intercooler
twin slim line spal fans
gt2871 turbo -34 actuator
uprated fuel pump
modified intake /large filter assy
dual circuit boost /boost control valve(1st gear switchable)
high and low settings -incar
modified gearbox std ratios torsion type b diff
helix paddle clutch
Just fitted larger Oil cooler
Power old figures
307bhp @flywheel at 17psi at 6200rpm
@ t+m's colchester
297bhp @flywheel @6100rpm (16psi) at Engine advantages (Witham)
torque 285lbs/ft

Hopefully will go better when the new turbo fitted, not after massive power but would like more power at the same boost pressure and cooler charge so I can use it safely at the track
Then hopefully just got to sort the handling a bit and mainly improve my driving a bit
It really could do with a closer ratio gearbox as well as it currently running a std road box
I can post up a vid from donny last year if anybodys interested,
cheers
Scott
