With the prospect of 400bhp not far off thanks to the help of a Trust TD06 and other bits and pieces I decided a gearbox upgrade was in order

The options are....

rebuild the standard box with shotpeened gears etc
rebuild the standard box with a OS Giken kit
buy a Z32 kit from Mazworx from the states

or...

do the kit myself

I picked up the box from a memebr of the 300zx OC and have been playing with it for a few months now on and off. I am lucky that I have a spare SR20 and S14 gearbox in the shed to work with.
