Broke out the grinder and welder today, okay for a first ever Mig weld
I've had a good bash at Tig when making the manifold, but this was not so easy. I just kept adding spots to make sure I didn't make any more holes 


And cut out the shonky bit that I left last time

Onto the other side tomorrow, not expecting any holes form the look I had today.
There's still a hole on the inside which has a bracket in the way. Looking at the subframe bushes it's time they were changed so a trip to APT is in order to sort that, and the other holes while it can be got at

good effort mate, just a tip for chasing holes try striking the weld up on the new metal rather than the old,keep the two materials as tight as possible and use a reasonable thickness to patch with.
