a day in my garage saw a bit done today , when i was not sleeping :)

heres the donor car looking a little bent

here it is again after being attacked with the grinder , more attacking is required :)

damn shame these got mullered , but it came rolling on a set of sebring oem alloys that are alright

brakes now have fluid in them

bias valve fitted after making a little bracket , sitting next to the gearstick

fitted a black sunstrip ready for the cage and no visors

also welded in the seat bars so my seat sits nice and low

That last one is just showing off!! Doesn't even include your other Gti either (mk3)

The donor mk1 looks quite nice and from the spec you quoted, should provide an ideal sacrificial lamb for Jaffa. Such a shame about the Ronal's......

the donor car was very nice i recon pre accident there is no rust on it, shame the front has shifted a couple of inches to the right,

interested in a blue inlet manifold stu ? :) i also have another bit of bling thats right up your street , i belive they were called a power rhor back in the day , basically a shiney piece of metal that fits between the inlet and the metering head instead of the plastic, not sure if they do much but they make the car sound different.
