Get someone to quote you on a dry sump system mate. Proper bucks but better than the potential costs of the rebuild etc
I loved the Accusump system on mine (as did Keith Cowie) but it is only a temporary fix for a bigger problem. Far cheaper though at around
Project GTR (zed replacement)

That is interesting. I've run 888s before but never on a car that has been road legal and it' s most noticable on the road, for obvious reasons. Perhaps thats the answer

Been trying to get those little jobs done for sat.
Had it alligned again, castor was out on one side as was rear camber. All sorted and.... I think it still pulls left. It's a bit hard to tell till it's on a track tho as the settings i've got make it tramline a lot.
Checked out the fuel guage issue. Can't see anything wrong so all gone back together and we'll see. Only possible explanation is the breather. It's been leaking fuel on start up when it's been sitting for a while and without writing pages and pages it may be something to do with the breather being lower than the swirl pot, could this be causing the running out of fuel problem - i.e it hasn't run out but has pressurised or something? I have no idea but raised the breather anyway.
drilled some holes for the PAS cooler.
Tried to fix speedo - currently waiting for glue to dry on broken bit of plastic from cable.
rear caliper has v sticky piston - hence smoking/binding rear brakes. Will change caliper tomorrow.
Also will mount EGT guage and poss race box, and may even get the fuel pumps on a switch...
Can't wait for saturday

Lots of good work there mate. Saturday should be a good laugh. I have to say, I can't wait to see your car (and Daz's Impreza monster)
Must be 1200bhp between them?
Well my usuall motto is zippy ties and tape (as I'm not very good with tools) but had to get the glue out in this case

Yeah sat should be great, really looking forward to it - shame no Tom tho!!! Thats a conservative figure bud - but saying that, when I left the garage Daz had cut his boot floor out due to fuel tank mods so is going to be working the ally by candlelight tomorrow I reckon. Still fingers crossed his scoob makes it
