good luck :thumb:

I am sure Mike & Jase can get you back on target with the last few jobs once the car is retrieved from SC :thumb:

Its strange but I already have more faith in them turning the work around in reasonabkle timescales, and I haven't got the car to them yet!

Always encouraging when people answer the phone...

The to do list at the start of today looked like:

1. rear support for front splitter
2. re-fit front tow hook
3. custom baffle sump
4. fit 888's

Today, with some expert help from Jason.... well, to be fair he made it all himself :D :D

we () made:

from the side at the front:

A random shot up at the bottom of the engine:

Then to get the undertray and splitter rear support sorted. This is all done apart from drilling the holes on the chassis rail that I didnt want to do whilst the bottom of the engine was exposed for fear of swarf getting in there. 10 min job once all is put together.

Also arrived home to find the Toyo's had been delivered :woohoo:

If all goes to plan, tomorrow should see it all back together and complete.

But I have learnt that it never goes exactly to plan so will wait til it is finished to celebrate.

2 days is plenty

Would have loved to have run them at Donny a couple of weeks back but funds were not in place to do that and being a last minute slot on the day I didnt have time to organise it.

Heyho, they should cool down plenty between the morning slots to put a couple of heat cycles through them.

Love the look of the tow eye.

Have you tested it yet?

Nope - it still up on the ramp but it does not move at all as it is bolted directly to the subframe. The only flex is a little in the vertical direction due to the nature of the type of tow hook which is 4mm stainless.

Whatever happens, it will do the job :D
