another good day putting this bumper together and i have got the
offside corner
onto the sierra bumper, bit more fidly than the other side as the
evo bumper was not sumetricle.

other half added.
Image

once screwed on i attached the other side and cut off the overlap
on the bumper so its all married up.
then at the joins i have screwed a backing plate on to keep the middle
of the bumper in place.

next stage of the build is to get it fitted onto the car to see how
it all sits and any adjustments that have to be made.
roll on sunday wahoo.

Rob i dont think there would be enough bumpers on ebay for me to
make enough bumpers for sierra's.

The thing that annoys me about these bumpers is that I don't get to see the actual work in progress. Alan does most of it at his. He'll bring it over to test fit it when it still looks rough then take it away again and bring it back all finished:frown:

Good work mate and i'm starting to see what you were on about:thumbs:

my favourite angle.

next stage is to take it apart now and sort out the 2 joins into the
middle of the bumper and then fibre glass the 2 bumpers together.
