new (old) tx box now in so hoping to collect GTR tomorrow night.

All the ongoing disasters do make me realise quite how much my mates sort me out - Have the keys for Whifbitz London garage so can come and go as I please. Daz did the tx box on sat due to the rain changing his plans, rather than just leaving in line of jobs to do so I can get on track again. Tom from perfection met me at mine when I got back from the sprint last week armed with all his de-greasing potions, and accompanied me to the morrisons jet wash where he spent a long time (and lots of (my) pound coins) cleaning what was a very oily GTR - the rear spoiler had big drips gathered all the way along the underside there was so much up the back of the car, and the fact that my garage floor had minimal oil on it after it spat a whole tx box out at 100mph is testament to what a good job he did. He also cleaned the trailer ...

so, whats next for some track action.....

Got the GTR back and have decided to get the alignment done before another trackday. At the sprint the car didn't feel quite right (back was moving around on the first straight) which is no surprise as it has new rose joints on the rear and new top arms on the front.

Thinking about lowering it slightly too
