Not bad........still, you must need all that power to get over all of that grip ;) A fitting conclusion to a huge amount of effort, hard graft, plenty of $$$$ and no small amount of patience. Fair play mate- I have neither the wallet, patience or the skill for something like this, but it's great to see that you do

(Get some private road footage up when possible)

Thanks for the kind feedback guys, thanks for taking an interest.

Its been a hug labour of love (and hate) for me.

But now i just plan on enjoying it...

Basically, keep it mint and kick the granny out of it whenever possible! :D

Sorry if i missed this earlier, Frayz, but what tyres are you running?

Even with just(!) 350bhp, in a 1280kg classic RA, I'm much happier running on Federal RS-Rs or oversize Bridgestone RE070s rather than 'ordinary' road tyres. It'll still squirm in the dry but generally hooks up well. Damp and wet are interesting!

Here ya go lads, vid was taken on my iPhone, so not the best but you get the idea. This is a 576bhp dyno pull.

We actually had abort a run that was 581bhp and climbing as it was getting a bit too near the mark lol

Andy, im actually on 3 year old Veredstien road tyres that seem to be surviving wquite well. I run RSRs on my Clio, and would like some for this too. RE070s would be my choice if i could run 17s but they dont fit over my brakes.

So not entirely sure what tyres i'll use next. I have a set on Pirelli N3 tarmac specs but unfortanately not road legal, so track only for them.

Frayz.......treat yourself to some new boots before you do too much else mate. I would hate for your next update to be one where you are getting dragged out of the back of someone else's car or lifted out of a ditch.

Dont worry Stu, theyre exceptionally high on my "to do" list. Im being extra careful on them at the mo. To be honest they drive okay but im not taking any chances.
