Cheers Malc. Looking forward to seeing what it's all about.

Been looking into setting up the DL1 for an open circuit so hopefully I can make it work although on what looks a relatively short lap i'm not sure how much difference it will make to be able to see the times in the car

I'm not sure you'll get anything sensible from the dash on the way round apart from you can display the current 'time into lap', you can analyse the data afterwards by using a start of run and end of run marker and chopping it up into sectors but you are often better just concentrating on the driving, feeling the car and thinking where you can use it better.

How did it go matey?

I had a quick nosey on GTROC but can't access the following link as my new password request is taking forever to come through

More importantly did you bring yourself and the old girl home in one piece?

Edit: password has just come through, you're not listed as 'zedhed' on that list are you?

I'm rrss. Just got unloaded and about to get some food.

I came 4th out of the gtr's so just out of the trophies :( but I was about 2.5 secs off those 1000 boho cars to be fair. However, had a 'minor' disaster.

If I knew how to post a pic to here from my phone I'd start a guess the disaster thread but I don't...

Good day, bad ending is prob the best summary.

More later or tomorrow.

4th is a bloody good effort chief especially if some of the other GTR's were running massive power figures, and let's be honest they probably aren't all knocking on for 20+ years old

'Minor' disaster doesn't sound good.....stab in the dark, did you find out after leaving the collection point that they'd given you a quarter pounder with cheese instead of your Big Mac....dirty robbing bastards!!!

When you say bad day my thoughts go to engine problems.....or bending it :(

Hopefully nothing too bad and 4th is really good considering.
