You know it mate  lots of people have fag breaks here like every 5 minutes, so instead of missing out, i'm having my 'make stuff' break, just all consolidated together :D

I've removed a Defi from the stock S15 a pillar pod. I want to fit my 52mm wideband lambda in there so I need a collar that fits in the 60mm defi hole which I can then fit the 52mm into. Make sense?

well today has been a bit :/ the car was running fine this morning on the way to the BP garage so i could fill up for Sundays dyno day. filled the car up and after about 5 minutes the car has kind of lost a bit of power and the car sounds a hell of alot louder -sigh- so im hoping that whatever it is will sort itself out. Could it be down to fuel quality? i went from budget 95 to super 97. tempted to put the cheaper 95 in to blend the two just incase it is somethnig to do with the fuel. Either way i am still having the dyno run :)

couple of other things, changed the oil today as i thought it would be wise. plus i removed the aerial and blanked that off since i have never bothered listening to the radio :P

Is this a cunning racing driver style excuse for Sunday? :)

I can't see that fuel would affect the noise of the car mate, where as it could well affect the performance. Engine noise, exhaust noise??...........where is the extra noise coming from and when? Under part throttle, full throttle etc etc

no not an excuse at all, it's actually annoying. there is heasitation from 4.5k up to redline and the extra noise is at 3k onwards. :/ just hope the scilencer isnt on its way out because it really does go loud. i'll take it for a quick blast tomorrow and see what it's like. but i have scoured the entire exhaust system and i cant find any leaks/holes/cracks. it's puzzling

You must be loaded Dan :D BP always seem to be at least 2p a litre more expensive than anywhere else.

Shell V Power and a bottle of NOS octane booster in the Evo
