Haha, well it's certainly that, and still will be, even if it does have a shiny front bumper

To be honest mate, you could paint that GTR's bonnet purple and have yellow and pink hedgehog stickers splashed all over it and the car would still look badass so I wouldn't worry too much about it

in fact....bonnets are over rated anyway....fuck it off and go commando!!!
[img] Q. If you were stranded on a desert island, who would you rather be stranded with....Ray Mears or Bear Grylls?

A. No question....Ray Mears....you could make a shit load more stew out of that tubby little fecker [/img]

GTR went to the paint shop yesterday. Still no further with bonnet decisions but at least it's there for the arches etc. Also having the Ganadors painted gloss black while it's in. This is of course totally unneccessary and my feeble justifications of "it'll match the wheels" (which have gloss rims but matt faces, as long as it's not got the white wheels on of course) were faintly ridiculous. However, I did get out there without commiting to a complete respray so I'm quite happy.

Dan is also claiming that he's going to take the rear quarters out aswell as the rear screen, for no other reason than "it will look better" which is mildly concerning.

ho hum.... at least I he wont give me a committed return date so i can't book it in with ryan for some ethanol prep......

With everything you've invested in the engine, handling and parts it will be nice to know the platform is good too :) - it's an awesome machine - which is appreciating in value so you won't lose out !! .. you have a damn fine R32 buddy
