Gareth, you're going to hate me for this, but I am going to be spraying my Scoot connet black. I've been thinking about it for ages as the carbon lacqure is fading and it has a few cracks, and your pics have just confirmed it is the way to go!

Right after the constant good progress made by both Dom and Chris I decided to pull my fingers out and dare I say it....get a fkin move on !!

So with that in mind, despite waiting for the turbo to downpipe gasket and the intake manifold blanking plates I decided to sort my car out and tackle a few fiddly and bigger jobs.
Ok so....
Vacuum holes blocked off - Check
Boost Controller solenoid fitted - Check (bar the connectors into the intake piping)
Oil filter fitted - Check
Radiator in and extended wiring connected- Check
Intercooler in - Check
All the sht laying in the enginebay removed - Check

The best bit of progress I have had on my car for a long while. I now have all the measurements I need also to order the intake bits and pieces which I will be doing tomorrow.

There are a few head scratching things like where to mount the Oil Catch Can, HKS Twinspark. Plus a few more bigger bits to do e.g. connect headlights, fit boost controller wiring, order battery and fit it and sort the wiring in.
So rather a lot to do but at least its no longer looking like a bombsite and more like a car.

I'll leave you with this...

Just like to say you wont be able to spot any pink strut braces ;) Just a nice shiny Feed one !!!

Oh and the HKS mushroom is just for show !!
